Automated Referral Process

How does the referral process work within the CGC?

The referral process is designed to be simple and effective. Similar to our Spark and Connection process, members input referrals through their profile in our Member Command Center.  All parties are systematically notified via text and/or email ensuring that all referrals are followed up and tracked.

What are the best practices for giving and referrals?

Best practices include understanding fellow members' businesses, actively listening for referral opportunities, and providing detailed and accurate referrals aimed at creating ROI.  CGC Referrals are warm, vetted, and are NOT leads or connections.  The referral is input with the expectation that a transaction will occur.

How are referrals tracked and rewarded?

Referrals are tracked through our member Command Center and members are recognized and rewarded for their contributions, fostering a culture of giving and mutual support.

What should I do if I have not received any referrals?

At the CGC we focus on being value added first before we anticipate referrals. “How many referrals have you passed to fellow members”? Make sure we are professionally representing ourselves during portal activities. Net Work our fellow members by teaching them everything about your business and how referrals will be treated. Create and nurture relationships with fellow members so they would feel comfortable enough to refer their mom or dad.

What are the best practices for receiving referrals?

Upon receiving a referral, members should immediately recognize the referral in their profile within the Command Center. They then should follow the directions in the referral related to when and how to contact the referral. A sense of urgency and a level of professionalism throughout the process of providing a solution for the referral is expected.

These are scheduled inside the member’s profile utilizing our CGC Command Center, which notifies both parties, uses members calendar booking links to align scheduling, and tracks the process within both member’s profiles.  In the CGC culture Sparks can also be scheduled with non-members in an effort, consistent with the CGG culture, of adding value regardless of membership status.
