Pre-Enrollment Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) Pre-Enrollment Process. By reserving your seat and portal, providing personal information, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Pre-Enrollment Process: 1.1 The CGC Pre-Enrollment Process allows individuals to reserve a specific seat in a specific portal or choose the option to “start a portal” if no portal is available. 1.2 Prior to selecting a seat and portal, individuals are required to provide their name, email address, and phone number.

  2. Pre-Enrollment Payment: 2.1 To complete the Pre-Enrollment transaction, individuals must submit their payment information. 2.2 The payment made during the Pre-Enrollment process is non-refundable.

  3. Founding Members: 3.1 Individuals who successfully complete the Pre-Enrollment process may be referred to as “Founding Members.” 3.2 Founding Members will have access to The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) Membership benefits ahead of the regular registration time. 3.3 Founding Members are required to re-register during the regular registration period and complete a full Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) Membership profile. Once Founding Members have completed their full registration and profile, they will have the option to opt in to access The Conglomerate Business Power Pack, which includes a range of member amenities.

  4. Application and Membership Fees: 4.1 The Pre-Enrollment process includes the payment of an application fee in addition to the membership fee. 4.2 The monthly membership fee will be applied to the member’s first month of membership. 4.3 The annual membership fee will be applied to the member’s entire year of membership.

  5. General Terms: 5.1 The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) reserves the right to reject any Pre-Enrollment application at its sole discretion. 5.2 The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pre-Enrollment process, including its fees and benefits, at any time without prior notice. 5.3 The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by individuals participating in the Pre-Enrollment process. 5.4 The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) reserves the right to revoke Founding Member status or terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws. 5.5 The personal information provided during the Pre-Enrollment process will be used in accordance with The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) Privacy Policy.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) is headquartered. 6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By participating in The Conglomerate Global Connectors (CGC) Pre-Enrollment Process, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in the Pre-Enrollment process.
